If we go up, he probably gets a loan somewhere and plays upfront for them, he will end up as a striker or a support striker I suspect

| Walle Egeli on 06:34 - Apr 20 by LeoMuff | He has a great touch, has scored some decent goals this season, has a good shot on him and can use either foot. For 19 year old he is physically up to the championship level already. Not sure about pace. You can see why we spent the cash, and he will be better next season. |
I don't want to bash the kid but a lot of that seems very generous. His physicality is what scares me the most.

I think he has it in him but he plays like he's chilling. When you watch someone like mcateer or wes burning oil getting back and getting stuck in, or trying to win any balls that go their way, Walle just casually goes about his business. It's scary how much he lets players run away from him when they're on the attack.

I'd largely agree with this, I think he has a lovely tough, clearly able to get shots off, but there's a little bit of fight missing. Ultimately, 19 and will toughen up physically and mentally over the next few years, like McAteer, I refuse to write him off just yet, but do appreciate the money spent hasn't led to an immediate impact which was perhaps needed this year.

| Walle Egeli on 06:52 - Apr 20 by The_Flashing_Smile | You claim people seeing something in him are "telling porkies" and then suggest you might have got this "spectaculary wrong". I think what you're really saying is some people might know more about football than you. |
I'm hopeful for the sake of the lad, someone in recruitment and whoever signed it off that I have got this wrong. You are absolutely right, there are plenty of people who know far more about football than me. However, if someone tells me on the basis of 'what they have seen this season' that we should have spent the best part of 20mill on him, then I can tell you they arent in that group of people who don't know more more about football than me.
