Hardly worth the Star turning that into a story

Interesting to see what that costs, haven't we just spent a million putting trees back outside Barclays?

I'm aware the planning application is for advertising outside the ground. Does anyone think there is a realistic chance of adding any capacity whether it be west stand or whatever, before the start of next season?

yeah but that was probably 10p for the trees and £999,990 for the months it seems to have taken them to do anything, oh sorry I mean move essential services. nope just looks like you dug a big hole for months on end and havent done much with it.

Ill be more interested to see if the council allow them, as theyve previously refused planning permission for digital advertising screens in prominent locations, as they would "create excessive street clutter, impact the public realm's appearance, and potentially cause visual distractions in the street scene"

but sometimes articles in newspapers arent written to cover the story you think they are telling you about, or maybe they just wanted to pad the word count.

No chance. No planning permission and not even an application for planning permission.
