I can't see it.
I've always wondered with the obligation deals how players might feel about them some of the time. I'm not suggesting its the case with us for a second, but what if after a season on loan the player in question isn't vibing the move, the area, club, management, their longer term prospects there if it went perm etc. Must be a strange position to be in, knowing you're playing yourself into a deal you don't want to happen. |  | | |

There probably would be on the basis all 3 parties agree I guess, like terminating loans etc. Ultimately if all parties agree most things can be unpicked, but you would think Ajax would be pretty happy to take their 7 million or whatever it is if we go up. | | | |

There's probably a deal where we give them some cash to void it. Effectively bridge the difference between what we're obliged to pay and what they can get from someone else. Bit messy though.
