I don't want to Not looking to goad anyone who is or mock anyone who is planning to go after not going to previous games. I'm going somewhere with this (and no, not after your ticket!). Edit: Idea further down if anyone wanted to see it. [Post edited 29 Apr 15:50]

| Anyone still planning to boycott Saturday? on 12:25 - Apr 29 by waveneyblue | No, im still waiting for the facts/data/evidence that you all have in abundance. Telling me to move on now, is admitting they dont exist. You're better than that |
waveneyblue, I just want to point out that this is textbook sealioning. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ You're asking for statistical evidence that is almost impossible to gather, and you're dismissing out of hand what evidence there is. The only evidence you're going to get is anecdotal, and so far three people have inputted that - two saying that the fans they know are still bothered about Ashton, and one saying the fans they know aren't. The club will have evidence, in terms of how many fans have contacted them / sponsors have shown discontent. But we're not privy to that. You've also made assertions with little/no evidence (e.g. "Theres next to no hatred for Ashton apart from a very small few on here who keep bleating on and on about it.") - and absence of evidence (i.e. saying you've not seeing much on Twitter) is not evidence of absence. I don't think it's an unreasonable statement, based on the responses here, plus friends and family whose views I know, to say that there's still a large group of fans that are very unhappy with Mr Ashton. How large that group is I don't know. But I don't get the impression that it's just a "very small few". But either way, as has been said, the number isn't important when about principles.
