I don’t see him ripping up any trees in the Prem to be honest.

That was why we signed him, now we're in different divisions, he can be moved on.

Never forget that on 7th. April 2021, for ITFC, the Game Changed.

He was your Núñez
Your only Núñez
He made you happy
At Carrow Road
You didn't realise
How much you'd miss him
Until we took...your Núñez...away

His formed dipped post-injury comeback without a doubt but we would not have got promoted without him.

Whether you have him as a starter in the Prem is questionable but he definitely has the quality to be in a PL squad. Might be one of those players who looks more at home at a higher level.

The truth is none of us has much idea what any of our players will play like after a summer break.

Will Taylor progress like he has this season? Will Azon and McAteer continue to progress? Will Philogene and Clarke be more effective than they were 2 seasons ago? Who will we get in to play around those who are still here? Who will move on?

For what it's worth, I think Nunez has sufficient quality to be a Premier League player. He hasn't had the influence on games recently I would have liked but that may well simply be form or carrying a knock.

I'd like to see him back in his natural midfield role next season.

All very true, many if's and buts. The PL is a different beast, few sides going up from the Championship will survive using many of the players that got them there, the odd exception now and then. Going to be a fascinating and absolutely pivotal summer. I have my own idea on who stays or goes, like most I guess, but ultimately we will all have to wait and see. All I will say is this, I'd be very surprised if more than 3/4 who started todays game start the first PL one, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if it was 2/3. Time will tell.
