Debatably the worst kick off I have seen live with Chair just booting the ball off for a goal kick after going 1-0 down

I understand the elite club theory of defending a throw in deep in opposition territory. However, both attempts were awful!

Saw that happen at Ipswich years ago when spread betting was just becoming a thing. One of our players deliberately booted the ball out of play from kick off. The spread betters soon stopped betting on first throw in times.
