I never bought singles. First. Album was I think Dark Side of the Moon. Possibly Genesis’ A Trick of the Tail.

I still have them along with a couple of 100 others, but don’t play them. I ought to get rid of them really but I just can’t bring myself to.

What about "Man", legendary Welsh band; "Mountain" - US, what a bass line; "Gentle Giant" - an acquired taste; "Warpaint" ?

(I only have cassettes of GG and CDs of W, no vinyl. Ohh, "Dub Sex" - I have vinyl).

My pretty extensive record collection ranging from Crass to Gong, Sabbath, Harper and more was left in a rented terraced house in Huddersfield along with my first significant purchase, a Pioneer stack system, when I went to a free festival or three and never went back. So wish I had them still.
