So you’ve never had to cut away decking or other boards to reach a leaking pipe etc. I have had to do my fair share of emergency repairs down the years and you’d be surprised what’s involved at times. My point was that there may be a very good reason as to why the work is being done now. I once had to cut my friends decking boards at midnight as his cat had managed to get stuck under, had injured its leg and they could not get it out any other way!! Stuff happens. There's been work going on somewhere the past few days, as heard it when i've come back from work, so it could be the same guys just trying to get it finished. But 7am on a sunday, bstrds lol, maybe that was karma for watching the whole of eurovision [Post edited 17 May 12:11]
