I think Middlesbrough will be too strong for Hull from what I’ve seen. I don’t think the short notice will make much difference to the players. They are used to playing two games a week and after an intense season’s end the benefit of little break for the players will be more than an opponent change.
Yes, Bobby Robson was very straight and would not have accepted what Southampton did. I very much doubt Middlesbrough legend and top bloke Tony Mowbray does either.
