On four distinct occasions, as a family we have written to an MP or MEP.
None of whom I voted for as an aside.
1. Was a serving Prime Minister, and he met us at his constituency.
2. Was a serving Home Secretary. He wrote personnel letters to us, and other departments on our behalf.
3. Was a normal MP, but he arranged a larger meeting with a lot of local constituents.
All of the above issues were positively resolved
4. Was a serving MEP, that did F’All.
Guess which one was Nigel Farage, who was pocketing tax payer money for themselves at the time.

Perhaps Labour should concentrate on sorting the country out more than keep stressing out over Nigel Farage.

Indeed. It's not like it takes much effort to uncover that Farage is a complete scumbag who is only interested in lining his own pockets and peddling casual and not so casual racism. This stuff is all out there and he's not very good at hiding it. I imagine it takes up hardly any of Labour's time exposing him as a liar and a grifter so Benters need not worry that they're taking their eye off running the country in the meantime. And on his pet favourite political hot topic of immigration, they are doing well on virtually every metric. Net migration massively down, small boat crossings massively down, deportations up, use of asylum hotels down. I'm amazed he's not happier with the job they're doing. [Post edited 28 May 15:30]
