Jim White loves him. Nothing to see here - a shock jock has the number of someone high up in footie who loves the limelight (not a bad thing for us - puts us in the map) who’ll actually pick up to him. I dare. They are. Wolves managed two less points than us last season. They were terrible and the club is clearly a mess. They’ll do well to make play offs and could even do a Leicester and I’m not convinced to hasbeens total age over 70 are going to be the answer. Especially on a wet night in January at a place like Preston or against Birmingham and their rivals WBA.
Waving Norwich and Southampton about is hilarious. Remind me where they finished and where they’ll be playing next season. Remind me of Norwich’s brilliant results against us and how the saints game went even after they’d found out who we had playing etc (cheated)

If you want to use the example of one-off games then I can also cite the example of how we lost to the mighty Charlton 0-3 at home or being schooled by newly-promoted Wrexham twice in the space of 2 weeks
I don't know how many games Saints actually cheated but their record after the Jan transfer window (last 20) is better than us. 7 points more. So is the Scum, a point ahead
I'd rather go with your so-called has-beens with proven PL pedigree than a clearly inexperienced player like Egeli or a totally useless player like Azon, whose 25 goals in 144 games in the Segunda Division - a divison of even poorer quality than the Championship - would have rang alarm bells to most scouts. Both the latter didn't fare very well regardless of the weather or time. And speaking of has-beens, didn't we sign Ashley Young as well? | | | |
