It is what it is, it doesn't affect me at all tbf it's better than the boring walkouts in front of a plinth and some flames. It's the biggest show on earth so why not go all out? It only happens once every 4 years so who really cares? Just enjoy the show or maybe use that time to go make a drink or something, no one's forcing you to watch it. | | | |

I didn't start watching until seconds before kick off for that very reason. To be honest I hate the flame throwers and loud music crap before the game at Portman Road too. Just let the crowd generate the atmosphere, and have the players just run out of the tunnel, with a couple of them booting a ball in to the air. |  | | |
