Listening to commentary say how amazing Vini Jr is, “the man with the dancing feet” etc.
But no one ever says, “sadly, in terms of attitude, he’s a total ass hat”

Poll: If we were to spend £200m would you rather

Is he? I would love to see him in the Premier League.

Definitely some truth in that, but unlike some others over the years I've watched like that, more often than not he comes up with the goods when necessary. I can stomach " attitude " if it's backed up by action. Wouldn't want a team of them though, just room for one!

I was watching that match thinking England's midfield would tear this Brazil team apart. The sweaties gave them too much respect and gave them two goals. That Brazil team looks very vulnerable. One of those African teams that we've seen nullify many games this world cup would have easily outworked Brazil into nothing.

I think Brazil were saving themselves and weren’t putting too much into it because they didn’t need to against that rabble.

The English midfield would tear Brazil apart....when they couldn't even slightly crease a Ghana midfield. Hmmm

Yes the player who is first choice for the biggest club in the world and the best footballing nation in the world must have a bad attitude mustn’t he, yes I’m sure.

In the spirit of reconciliation and happiness at the end of the Banter Era (RIP) and as a result of promotion I have cleared out my ignore list. Look forwards to reading your posts!
Poll: With Evans taking 65% in Huddersfield, is the Banter Era over?

Normally I;d agree with you. I can't detect 'attitude' personally, but he does seem to be a massive self-loving wa'nker. Perhaps that comes with the territory of playing for Madrid?

Has anyone ever looked at their own postings for last day or so? Oh my... so sorry. Was Ullaa

Hopefully we'll get to see one of those theories in action soon! It appeared to my eyes that Brazil were playing within themselves and just picked the times to step on the gas. Though no one should for one moment think this is a vintage Brazilian team. Those I saw in the 70's would chew this lot up for breakfast and spit them out, a huge gulf in class.

To be a top player you generally need to be super confident in your abilities.

That confidence can often translate to (in the eyes of the English) being a bit of a tit.

Some players are utter tits though for sure. I'm no fan of Mbappe.

Neither am I, but I certainly respect his ability. He seems to think he is Real Madrid, but I guess when you can do what he can, you can be excused a bit of an " attitude ". I think a spell in the PL would sort that out, then we'd truly see if he's the superstar most think he is.

They are very different midfields, just because they're Brazil doesn't mean they're good. That Brazil midfield is pretty immobile and also lacking in strength. So don't thinks it's that crazy of a take.
