It was before that sub. We dropped to the edge of our box after their goal on 55. Just handed all momentum over to the Argies. Such a bizarre move. And Kane in his interview just now didn’t know how Argentina got back into the game. That’s very surprising but probably says a lot about the problems we have.

100% the better team won, but it's a gut punch that we never gave them a game in those last 30 minutes. Maybe we'd still have lost, but it wouldn't have been as embarrassing as that tactical disasterclass.
