Im having problems buying junior tickets- called the ticket office yesterday to make sure all was set up ok
Now queue number 22 on hold to the ticket office. the junior prices are 29.00£, adult £30 - what's the bloody point !!
Looking at 1 hour on hold , I'm paying myself minimum £50/hour so this is doubling the price of the tickets. |  | | |

Would have just been a glitch in the system. I had this last season for my boy when it said he wasn’t U14…
If it happens again you can keep the ticket in your basket and ring the ticket office to sort it usually - in these cases it was for the whole system and they just had to ‘flick a switch’. |  |

I did that Sitters. There were 25 in the phone queue in front of me though and the timer on my basket was ticking...
I'm not sure what happened in the end but (I think) my tickets disappeared when the clock ran out. I logged back in and my original tickets were no longer available, so I selected new ones. However in the next step my original tickets re-appeared as well as the new ones and this time there were no glitches so I just deleted the unwanted ones.
I'm sure you didn't want or need to know all this... but it was a little annoying for half an hour or so.
The ticket office told me I should just toggle between Adult/Senior/Junior and it would clear the problem, but I had already tried that loads of times before someone in the ticket control room noticed and flicked that switch! | | | |

Yeah like I say I had the same issue for a junior ticket last season, bloke on the phone said are you sure he’s U14  and then said the same about toggling the assignment etc. Luckily I didn’t have that big ole queue in front of me though.
Ticket buying anxiety is always high anyway, don’t need further unwanted problems | |
