But I'm almost certain that because I have a digital account with ITFC and have bought season/match tickets online, an exception request would be rejected on the grounds that I'm 'IT literate'. | | | |

I contacted the ticket office to discuss my options for my children. They often leave the pub/house at different times to me to go in the ground, TO guy said to log into my account from their phones and simply download the season ticket to their wallet that way. Solved that issue.
Something he said did raise alarm bells though, they had to be listed as "close relationships" on my account. My theory for this is that they will be monitoring device IP addresses on peoples accounts - and that's what has got all those MUFC fans banned in recent weeks.... We shall see | | | |

Would be a good idea for the club to have charging stations dotted around outside the ground. I can defintely see the possibility of phones dying before people are in, then what do they do?
My train ticket's been on my phone for a while now, so I'm used to it. Many won't be. | |
