| ST download, sorry... 08:10 - Aug 6 with 2712 views | Dyland | Apologies if there have been a ton of these but someone may be able to advise. Is there a staggered rollout for downloads? I read somewhere you'd get an email with a link to download. I have not had one of these, only ones with instructions for logging in and going to your profile, then Season Tickets, and a download button should be there. There's no such button or any hyperlink in my Profile under ST or Tickets. And yes, I'm using Safari on an iPhone12 :) Obviously I've emailed the ticket office. | |

| ST download, sorry... on 10:18 - Aug 6 with 723 views | oldbeardy | Had the same issue which Planet Blue staff sorted for me easily - and for others in a similar position while I was there. My issue stemmed from having bought tickets years ago - I must have set up name, address etc details then but hadn't used this for probably 6 or 7 years. It was there in the background as an account with different details so the single sign on process wouldn't work (I had moved house in the meantime). User error really, though I had forgotten all about this old account. If you can check for and then access any such old accounts and align all details you'll be able to sort it, if not and you're local the guys in Planet Blue will quickly do it, failing that I guess it's a long wait on the phone - assuming this is your problem | | | |

| ST download, sorry... on 10:05 - Aug 6 by SitfcB | The single sign on thing was pushed pretty hard by the club a while back tbf. |
But I don't think the club made it clear in those emails that it was paramount to the download of the digital season tickets. If I remember correctly the email simply covered the topic of combining the accounts would make things easier for supporters and removing having two accounts. Again lack of info will drive different reaction. Ie if you never buy a ticket or clothing or access Town TV you probably thought I never use it so why do I need to bother. Whereas if it had in big bold fonts, this is important to prepare for the digital season tickets which will be compulsory and failure to follow these instructions will result in you failing to download your season ticket' it would have resulted in a reactive approach to that step in the process. May have had texts, not sure. My problem is a linking error so no option but to hold with ticket office.

I know and I was onto it as soon as it happened especially with away points at stake. I suppose I was just observing that it was probably inevitable that not all would be so proactive if nothing at that time obviously rode on it. [Post edited 6 Aug 10:39]

I never buy anything, except when we were forced to use up points (which I never knew I had), resulting in the purchase of one of those oddly light blue hoodies. Though searching for 'single sign on' in all email folders including deleted, zilch comes up.

I can’t honestly remember tbh, but they did ask people to get their accounts sorted by early June. I got my issues sorted back then and it took less than 5 minutes. Hindsight is a wonderful thing I know.

| ST download, sorry... on 15:05 - Aug 6 with 426 views | Bluespeed225 | I am thinking of getting in the ground at 2.30 for Sunderland game, there are bound to be teething problems. If the Club did a beer promotion like against QPR it'll be ok! Or do we now have to pay more as it's the Prem? | | | |

| Yep, that's what I press to manage my account on 09:39 - Aug 6 by Meadowlark | I had this problem too, but that was months ago. When they first announced that there was going to be a single sign in for all the digital accounts they did say there would be anomalies if you used different names for various accounts so give them a ring. i phoned them on a quiet Tuesday afternoon in June and there was no waiting time and the problem was sorted. My season ticket download process was therefore simple and straightforward. This may sound smug, because indeed it is. |
I had exactly the same experience. As soon as single sign in went active I could see that my Customer number had changed and my away points were missing. Got it sorted after a couple of emails soon afterwards. I did actually post a cautionary thread on here at the time pointing out the problem and suggested people check there accounts after migration. So double smugness from me 😇

| ST download, sorry... on 08:58 - Aug 6 by hype313 | On the phone for an hour and a half yesterday, I was able to download mine and eldest but not youngest son, because for some reason it wasn't linked across to my account, took 1 minute to sort but clearly many people are having similar issues as I was number 71 in the queue when I called. It's been a bit of a mess this rollout |
To be fair the club gave plenty of time and warning to link accounts before the deadline, I received a number of emails

Interesting last point How does SSO impact me? From Tuesday, 2 June: Supporters can no longer log in to ITFC ticketing using a Supporter ID You will be required to login via an ITFC digital account instead If you do not have an ITFC digital account, you will be required to create one If you previously used a Supporter ID to log in, you must have access to the email address linked to it Your Supporter ID and ITFC ticketing account has not changed, they remain the same as before Your ticketing account will still have your booking history, away priority points and friends and family network This update only changes how you login to your account, it is not related to the delivery of your season ticket digitally

| ST download, sorry... on 16:02 - Aug 6 with 344 views | SuffPunch | Just a side note, once you have the season ticket in your wallet, please make sure that your phone has NFC capability turned on. If you haven't it wont work. If you use the wallet already for paying you should already be good to go, but not everybody does. | | | |

My problem was that I did not know that the login with my email address was the one that would be used, not the one with my ST ID, and the ST ID was the one with my away points and ticket purchases on.

Ooh interesting especially that last sentence. I didn't recall it referencing any correlation to the digital season ticket, but it actually stated isn't related to the delivery of the season. Whereas a lot of people have having issues with the download as a consequence of SSO. Communication, communication, communication.
