Not convinced, he had already shown the door to plenty of others before like Jackson, Harness, Chaplin, Morsy, Burgess, Luongo all be it with loan or permanent moves organised in some cases. And possibly, as those are guys he cut his managerial teeth with there would be more sentiment in their cases rather than any more recent players that might need shedding. Forgetting sentiment you have to make decisions that you get judged on as a manager ie results. I may be wrong but feel McKenna leaving when he did May have done both parties a favour. We go in with a different approach new ideas because last time was a disaster in the Premiership. And McKenna goes with his reputation on a high and respected by club and fans alike. | | | |
