It just follows the working day for journalists and club executives.
They are working all day to do deals or maybe they're sleeping on making a decision. Decisions get made throughout the working day and journalists are following up leads throughout that day.
Club execs are probably not getting in at 8am and instantaneously getting and accepting a bid.
You only tend to get concrete morning news when things weren't picked up the day before. Eg Wes Burns [Post edited 10 Aug 14:46]
