I've trawled the Strasbourg fans forums and translated so you don't have to..
They're generally a fan of his and super angry at the club for selling (I haven't even got as far as the Enciso comments yet). And what they think of GON is unprintable, a lot of it to do with his managerial capabilities too.

Things were already complicated with Ouattara (regarding his family, if I recall correctly?) when it came time to sign a professional contract.
He’s also a player we never quite knew how to position on the pitch. One minute he’s in midfield, the next he’s at left-back, then right-back, then playing in support of the striker.
He was never bad, but he never really set the world on fire either.
It’s a shame because he’s a homegrown talent, but at €20–25 million, I honestly think it’s a good deal.
That said, Ipswich? I’m disappointed by the destination; there’s a strong chance they’ll be yo-yoing between leagues. It remains to be seen how much playing time he’ll get, too.
My summary: a great fee, but I’m not sure the player actually comes out ahead in this deal."

How many comments is this based on? They seemed to rate him but accept it was an ok deal for the compensation to lose him when the news broke.
Some on here jump on any comments from other fans in a desperate attempt to look informed. Ashton is the best example. There have been people parroting the bitter Bristol City fans since he got here despite the fact he's barely put a foot wrong in a footballing sense.
I find that teams are rarely complementary towards players/managers who leave for bigger and better things. Much easier to be complimentary if your club is the one who has outgrown them rather than the other way around. Hutchinson the best example of that. Philogene another one. Despite being a very good player who works his balls off people are saying oh well get rid because he appears to be open to a move. |  | | |

The ones I saw were very uncomplimentary full stop, although probably influenced by the fact he's now raiding their best players. [Post edited 13 Aug 14:49]

The comments on the L’Equipe article all paint Quattara in a very positive light. They seem more disappointed to lose him than Enciso, maybe because he was “one of their own”. E.g.:
“Big loss for racing. A very gifted and versatile player who has a bright future ahead of him. It was a pleasure to see you play Abdul, good wind to you 🥹 we will miss you a lot this year (and Gary O'Neill we will not keep you in our hearts)”
