The club appears to have resold one of my tickets without asking, and is now being obstructive as to why they have done that, so someone is going to be enjoying one of my seats as I don't see them fixing it tomorrow!....... as they haven't in the past three days of trying to understand why they sold one of my season tickets, that is fully paid for, without asking, being told everything from "error" to I lost the ticket under the clubs new rules!

The club needs to be bending over backwards to make this right for you.

It can only be that it's being used by several people all of the time and sometimes not at all, they must have a red flag in place now for this.
