The response in Ireland against those in that car, has been very strong, vicious even. Obviously I don't know if claims are true re their behaviour in the months leading up to that crash or what ethnic group they identified as. But certainly 100 of strong anti replies especially if anyone mentions RIP as that crash seriously injured a family travelling in a car in the correct direction.
Governments need to stop companies like TikTok. If they imposed massive fines on companies they would change.
But we also need to question where is the parental control on these kids. Too many parents are simply passing off their responsibility in educating their children on the rights and wrongs |

Believe they were all teenagers who were all masked up at the time and had a history of posting and live streaming themselves taunting the Garda/Police and tempting them into chasing them.
Think yer spot on there with yer last paragraph. No doubt TikTok needs to be brought in to line by governments. But think the problem is way bigger then that. Clearly poor parenting is also a big part of the issue, but beyond that I think it's getting harder to ignore that there is large and growing portion of society thats been left behind and are increasingly lawless and have little respect for many of our societal norms.
Dealing with this issue/group in society is not gonna be easy or popular. But it's in the best interest of all of us to start attempting to deal with this now, whatever form that takes. | | | |
