They’ve had 3 but chances at the Ethiad. City will actually be fairly lucky to get away with this if it holds.

It will be us, Hull or Cov finishing bottom. I can see no other outcome looking at the first three matches from all of those teams.

If you're basing your assessment on the first three matches, then surely the only team from those three likely to finish bottom is Coventry.

Fwiw, I think it's far too early in the season to be making such definitive predictions. There are umpteen possible and, at the moment, plausible outcomes.

Let's see how long it takes us to get 7 points and overtake them then,
Oh and pleasing to know after your first line I'm not the only one,
Get your glasses off,

Maybe you should start following what's really happening on the pitch - not just here but elsewhere - rather than looking solely at results at this stage of the season.

I can see the pitch from where I sit,,
Love to know what's happening from where your sitting because if you think that defence is good enough to keep us leaking goals I doubt it,
Maybe when O'Shea gets moved to his correct position I may change my view till then no we leak to many not mobile enough and not quick thinking enough in the middle of defence,

If you re-read what I've said before, you'd know I have said I think we should be more solid and perhaps need a change in tactics to enable that. I just think the hero worship of Hull is too much considering the difference between us and them is players are finishing against us, whilst missing against them - partly due to them finding an, at this stage, exceptional keeper.

I have not I've seen highlights,
But by your input I take it you have,
Defend doggedly and yes had a bit of luck,

To be more solid who's against that,
To be more solid you need players so I will name O'Shea who needs to be in his correct position, that is a start,
And Fatawu to stop giving very cheap passes away,
When it's all said and done I've never thought we will go down, we could make it easier for ourselves,

I've said it before but I think we need to switch to a back three. Brining in Ouattara and move O'Shea to RCB next to Diop and Greaves.

Not a formation I'm opposed to but for me that's probably for away games as then you lose a creative player a gentleman once said any point away from home is a good point,
At home I wouldn't it's our turf,
But somehow O'Shea needs to be moved,

I really wish we had got another defender in before the transfer deadline.

Agree, but our tactics have been naive against the big boys we have been too front foot and left far too much space for them to play through. Much more likely to take something from these games by being compact and trying to nick something on the break.

Im surprised we've been as open as qe have - that we seem to have tried to go toe to toe with a couple of the best teams. From what GON said before the season started i thought we'd be a bit more compact and defensive.

Il agree on that, that's where we're probably going to struggle to keep goals out, I think we will score enough,
8 already isn't that great,

As a Town fan. I'm encouraged by the 3 pts on the board.

This is it isn't it. We've averaged a point a game and every team we've played will be in Europe this year.

Plenty to improve on, but we've manged to get points on the board early doors.
