Nothing will top a Mars bar from the fridge. It has it all. But I have to say I tried a bounty bar for the first time in decades. It was chilled and very nice! Another good un is an orange kitkat. Again, chilled. White chocolate aero? I’ll try it.

Mars bars used to be fantastic out of the fridge back around the late 70s/early 80s. Before they made them really soft for some weird reason. But they’ve done that with pretty much all sweets. Fruit gums used to be hard and brittle. You could get licorice sticks that were rock hard and you used to have to whack them with a hammer. TWTd.

I don’t eat too much chocolate and actually haven’t had a Mars bar in a while. I’ve had them in America (called Milky Way) a few years back and they were soft there and not the same. I suspect their influence. American kitkat is all wrong too. The chocolate isn’t right - too sweet. You are right about fruit gums. I loved the jaw ache challenge of fruit gums. They were great! I remember the liquorice sticks too.

Mostly yeah. S’mores are ok, but that’s more an experience of roasting marshmallows (they’re good!) over a fire and trying to slightly melt the chocolate without melting your fingers with it. Hershies (sp?) on its own was pretty grim though.
