I’ve seen some odd away performances at our ground in recent years but this has to be right up there. I have literally zero clue what they are trying to do? They keep creating loads of space and move the ball well and then let us get back across to cover said space before turning back again to the centre mids or defenders. It’s very odd.

They’re not a bad team but I haven’t a clue what they want to do to create actual clear cut chances. The striker isn’t moving in behind at all but they’re not going into his feet either. There’s a lack of game plan from them but also a huge lack of intensity from both. It’s almost as if we’ve both agreed on a 0-0 pre match.

Based on the first half, I'd be very happy with 0-0.

Modern football innit

A ball recycled is worth 2 in the onion bag - as the saying goes.

And then just to really add to the tactical weirdness from Fulham, they absolutely shat the bed when we equalised and decided the best thing to do was to hide with 10 men behind the ball. Was there a single person in the stadium that didn’t think we were about to score a winner the way they were camped in the box. Bizarre stuff.

Fulham fans on the train home are very much not happy unsurprisingly

Bit of a Tuchel v Argentina moment for Arebola.

It was very odd cos their subs suggested they wanted to finish us off but then they sat back without the players for it.

All over the shop.

A team who haven't won yet, pressure is getting to them, overthinking it.

I think he's out of his depth in the Premier League. I'm not sure what his game plan was today either and it looked like his players agreed. They seemed to drive forward and more often than not, just stop. They have some decent players but others that don't quite look up to it. I assume Arbeloa will be gone soon but I'm not sure they have the overall quality to turn things round very quickly.

So many times first half they played some nice stuff to create space and a 2 on 1 situation on Leif or Outtara and instead slow it down, let Philogene or Maeda get across and then just turn back and start again. Really weird tactically.

Never seen such a strange tactical setup from an away side. Did they want to keep the ball? Did they want to go quick? Did they want to go long? Go in behind? Play it wide? Shoot from distance? Cross it? Break at pace? I genuinely have ‘I don’t know’ as the answer to every single of of those questions. Bizarre.

I guess a lot of that comes from that not having won a game all season.

We had chances with Enciso going close and Emersonn hitting the post before they scored as well. I don't think they were ever really in control of the game were they? Great that we were able to take our chances in the end.

You can see why they are in their current league position. Very wasteful. Could have been 2 or 3 up before their goal. And just like their game against United they are unable to hold onto a lead.

Spurs on TV right now look the same in being unable to take their chances.

And they have spent considerably more on their strikeforce than Fulham.

Their number 22 Affengruber was absolutely toilet. We should have made more of targeting him all game as he looked like a League One player had accidentally found his way onto the pitch. No surprise it was him that gave away the foul for the free kick at the end.

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.
