Xmas ads on tv 11:31 - Nov 7 with 442 views

From November 1st. Utterly grim.

Something so dark about late stage capitalism continuing to plough on whilst everything burns. And I wouldn't mind so much if they were just normal ads, but nowadays it's so transparently emotionally manipulative. Why have we allowed ourselves to become a country that talks about the John Lewis ad as if it's a cultural event?!

Same, I've happily been Christmas advert free until Dozzers spoiled it for me!

yeah I've seen Xmas turkey and mince pies in supermarkets in August. It's bad enough non-food stuff, but food items?! Who the feck is eating Xmas food this early?!
