How did we shade it? We didn’t have a serious attempt on goal. Tavernier should have made it 2-0 and they had a few other good chances too.

Tbf he maybe a tad OTT with it but recently someone said thank you gary. We are 3 points outside relegation with no doubt managerial changes about to happen and sides soon to get going.
We are competing. But we are falling into that trap of competiting but something stopping us.. and that at the moment are mistakes from players the manager picks so there for people to say thanks gary was far to early as we are seeing |

We were good first half. Repeatedly got in behind, had good amount of control. |
We were ok without putting them under any serious pressure apart from the first four minutes. With better decision making in the final third, Enciso a couple of times especially, we perhaps could have had a better outcome. The last 15/20 minutes, we came alive a little more but ultimately, they shaded the game and just about deserved the points.
Our ability to shoot our selves in the foot every week is becoming a bit of a concern for me. The team are putting in decent effort and at times some good attacking football but we must keep the howlers to an absolute minimum as the Premier League is feckin brutal and we are getting punished for nearly every mistake.
Still think we will just about have enough about us to keep us up but it’s going to be close. |  |

I only saw the first 25 of the first half and we were bright up to the goal and then very much second best after it. We weren’t bad but we weren’t a threat. Same old really; look competitive between both boxes but conceed lame goals and don’t offer enough threat in attack. We’re not far off, but also are noticeably not at the level needed for a guaranteed 2nd season in the PL. |  |

Especially with his legs. How is that now seen as a good save? He was literally diving the opposite direction to the ball and the ball hit his legs.
He also didnt get near the ball that hit davis when he should have been on his toes ready to get anything that goes across his box. |  |
