SWFC Secretary Graham Mackrell charged in relation to contravening a term of condition of a safety certificate contrary to the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975 and one offence of failing to take reasonable care for the health and safety of other persons who may have been affected by his acts or omissions at work under the Health and Safety at Work etc.

· Former Detective Chief Inspector Alan Foster of South Yorkshire Police

Yep. The out of date safety certificates were always going to be implied in the inquest.

She supported the senior SYP even though the evidence was clear at the time that they were responsible for the deaths.
She over ruled the home Secretary who called for the resignation of the head of SYP after the Taylor inquiry. He (and the SYP) then went on to step up the rewriting of history as they sought to avoid criminal charges.
Peter Wright was even given a gong ffs. She at best "turned a blind eye" to the cover up. And her actions at Orgreave, well we don't know as the Tories refuse to hold an inquiry. |  |
