Would you rather have Kiefer Moore / or Freddy Sears as a striking option next season?
Obviously completely different strikers, however a question I feel is worth asking.

As sh1t/low on confidence/unlikely to score as Freddie has been, he still contributed far more than Moore when they both played in games last season.
However.. I would imagine the Moore scoring goals and high on confidence is not the same bambi on ice impersonation we saw at Portman Road. |  |

maybe the question should be whether Freddie gets offered another contract or not.
He's the polar opposite of Keiffer, so don't see how you choose between one of them.
If Freddie manages his customary 3 or 4 goals a season again I don't see how he can be retained |  |

Completely different beasts though aren't they..
You could argue that they would both be of value to the squad for very different reasons and arguably would be the most compatible striking partnerships if they were to ever play together.
A lot may depend on Mick's views on Folami, Morris and maybe even Patterson and whether he thinks they can contribute anything next season |  | | |

It's because his finishing - with the exception of 2014-15 for both Colchester and Ipswich - isn't very good. For all the hard work, he won't score enough goals to justify a place as a striker. His best position is probably wide in a front three. Other than a brief burst at the end of last season it's two years since Sears scored regularly - even then at least tow of the goals he hit the keeper first time before netting the rebound.
Sears still looks more likely to be an asset at this level than Moore. |  |

Are Rotherham playing him as an out and out striker or a target man like we did?
As a target man he was not great was he, so maybe a re think about his best position would develop him into a more developed championship level player.
As we have seen with Sears starting him as striker and scoring goals, then having him as a left winger / left wing back or something, has not helped him or us. [Post edited 26 Sep 2017 10:28]
