No idea. But I saw Salah was 50/1 to even 60/1 currently.
If he was fit - given his form - he'd be ridiculously shorter.
Such is the weakness of Group A, Suarez & Cavani are 20/1 each for the Golden Boot.
If a player can score 4+ goals in the Group, we've seen previously those goals can continue to rack up even if a team only makes it to the Quarters....which could easily be Egypt or Uruguay.
