A serious answer from me is probably assess his squad and staff, peruse over some DVDs of not only town, but other teams in the Champ, Networking, drawing up fitness and training plans, talking with Marcus and Bowman about where he feels bolstering and such. Not forgetting the induction video and health and safety gubbins and a spot more video watching. | |
