I had same problem. I did call Derby's ticket office this morning at 10 and they said that although it's not confirmed, they are likely to have cash turnstiles for away supporters tomorrow night.

Think it's £25 but may be more on the gate. They won't be doing online sales for an away game the day before the match, not enough time to get the tickets out.
