I'm out this afternoon, looking forward to it.

I've reverted to cycling for my fitness fix. Tried running but it absolutely destroys my back - I do have a long running back problem in fairness.

Any tips on a decent route from Ipswich (IP3 starting point) that takes in some nice scenery? Ideally no longer than 10 miles in total, for now anyway. Doesn't all need to be road as its a road/mountain bike cross jobby.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

you can't really do tail out slides on those thin wheels can you.

Am off into the forest with my new Arcteryx trail shoes later.

Assumption is to make an ass out of you and me. Those who assume they know you, when they don't are just guessing. Those who assume and insist they know are daft and in denial. Those who assume, insist, and deny the truth are plain stupid. Those who assume, insist, deny the truth and tell YOU they know you (when they don't) have an IQ in the range of 35-49.

Tbh - the main roads are so quiet - I'd happily just cycle to somewhere like Hintlesham and back.

Head out towards Nacton using the cycle path on Nacton Road and take in Levington marina area along the old A14?

Can extend to Felixstowe when you're feeling up to it too.

Very handy for anyone looking to get outside for their government approved exercise today. You can track the rainfall and see where it's going - and guestimate when it's coming to where you live.
