Are you a "frolicking furlougher"?
Anyone written to their Tory MP? by GaryCooper 27 May 2020 12:01
No my main concern is the NHS decision to empty the hospitals of all but the critically ill and send them back to their care homes, in excess of 12500 deaths, keep clapping.

I would suggest that for those on severely restricted budgets the discounting of council tax may be a priority? The frolicking furloughers are happy with their sour dough starter and banana bread.

The River Cottage bread book is a must for bread makers

I'm lazy though - I've been making bread using the bread machine to make the dough, but then shaping by hand and a short 2nd rise before cooking in the oven. Gives a more handmade texture and crust without all the kneading. Much better than using the bread machine to cook, with minimal extra effort. Perfect for fitting in around zoom meetings and TWTD posts.

Bought a lovely extra mature cheddar and jalapeño bloomer today from the co-op. Contains Red Leicester as well. Highly recommended.
