I dunno about that, that does seem a bit far-fetched.
I was thinking more she may have got a taste for it though; the scenario, the whole bag throwing from the car window.
It's not too far removed from cooking up her own meth and distributing it via kids on bikes in a similar fashion on street corners, like they do on American films with newspapers. I can see it snowballing.
