Really was the man behind the Norwich job wasnt he. There is no way Lambert got two promotions and a Prem midtable finish with his football knowledge.

a niche perspective

That and Norwich had a team already too good for this league when they dropped, which was largely due to the fan favourite appointment of Bryan Gunn. Norwich just had to turn up most weeks and they would win, whereas we already had a League One side a full year before kicking a ball in that division.

Need not worry, we've got Stu Taylor.

Don't know whether it was Culverhouse, but... on 11:52 - Nov 25 with 686 viewsunstableblue

... the back room staff these days are key, and Taylor does not inspire.

As referenced before I really rate Robinson at Oxford,BUT, his excellent and hugely experienced assistant coach left in the summer, and they have had a shocking season!

You are spot on , Norwich fans were dreading Culverhouse linking up again with Lambert at Town , he really was the one to put the jigsaw together on the pitch and training ground , Lambert was the club mouth piece ...... ring any bells !!!!

Not necessarily, otherwise why is he in a higher league Club now?

I’d be more inclined to say it was a “ partnership “ that worked really well. You see this throughout successful Clubs , and is why partnerships often move on together to other Clubs when they move. Neither Lambert or Culverhouse have done much independently since they had their falling out.
