Which stakeholder groups... 10:54 - Dec 3 with 777 views | Lockdownleonard | are ultimately responsible for the culture and arguably the ongoing success or failure of an organisation? I'm intrigued to know where people believe the blame lies in something like a football club? Could it be that previously successful individuals such as Keane, Jewell, McCarthy, Hurst and Lambert have hit a brick wall which isn't all of the owner's making? Answers on a Nandos napkin, or more sensibly below please.

Which stakeholder groups... on 11:01 - Dec 3 with 747 views | Dyland | The owner, in ITFC's case Evans. Obviously. That simple fact is not a reason to keep faith with Lambert. No rational thought or evidence suggests he will successfully get us promoted. Maybe that ain't Evan's priority, eh? "Could it be that previously successful individuals such as Keane, Jewell, McCarthy, Hurst..." LOL. Flawed logic and disingenuous. Three out of those four have been 100% unsuccessful since Town. I don't believe they caught a curse since being at ITFC ffs. They were dogw@nk apppointments, pure and simple. I'd include Lambert to make that four out of five but in the interests of consistency I'll exclude because he may be successful at another club after Town. I think that's doubtful though, to say the least.

Which stakeholder groups... on 11:09 - Dec 3 with 713 views | Pendejo | To paraphrase a WSC cover from early 90s... "So it's our fault then?" we should caveat the term "previously successful" with, other than Hurst, they had all been sacked and / or resigned due to failure subsequent to their success, hence why they were available for employment by us. Will keep saying it... Down to chemistry; get it right and you can shoot for the stars see Leicester City who found themselves under the stewardship of an exceptional owner. May he R.I.P. I’m a strategic business consultant and as such, I routinely factor in ‘downtime’ during the U.K. working day, although it’s often the case that I’m working across time zones which see me busy through the early hours. The restrictions on travel have provided a welcome opportunity to catch up on things like the developments at the football club, although it’s obviously not particularly pleasant to look at right now. Hopefully the vaccination programme will provide security and the confidence for society to return to its previous ‘manic’ state some time soon.

Mind you, he had a different profession and was an expert on psychology rather than marketing. So many new experts about recently.

There was another one who claimed to be a well respected psychologist but then had a meltdown when he was corrected on a few points. I think someone in their mum's back bedroom has been rather bored over the last few months.
