Very poor first 10 minutes on 17:16 - Jun 29 with 440 views | jeera | Calm down people. We did a bit of absorbing and now a decent effort on goal. It's all in the game plan.

Very poor first 10 minutes on 17:17 - Jun 29 with 434 views | wkj | It is VERY much like watching Ipswich. Very quick to pass backwards and not commit to the press. Obviously, it is unfair comparing ourselves to England, as we've won a European cup before, and England hasn't.

The recycling of the ball is irritating.

Indeed, I like that we're playing a nice physical game of football. That is how you need to be against Germany - steely and physical.

Yep much improved after the start. Kane completely anonymous again though.

Very poor first 10 minutes on 17:34 - Jun 29 with 341 views | wkj | I think we're looking the better team now, but rather frustratingly - we look like we're also our worse threat with a couple of silly errors that have yet to be capitalized on by Germany. Beautiful save there though.

I watched a really good Lineker interview, had scored in 11 months for England before Mexico 86. Didn't score in the first 2 games and went into the last thinking his England career would be finished, scored a hat-trick against Poland and won the Golden Boot. Shearer hadn't scored for ages before Euro 96. Not saying he's going to do it but there is form for our big strikers hitting form when it matters. Let's hope it happens again.
