He must be the only forward I’ve ever seen round the keeper, get blatantly fouled and stay on his feet when he’s going nowhere.
Incredibly honest (and sadly naive), given that was a stonewall penalty with any other forward player involved. You don’t like to see players go down but if he does it’s a spot kick, so you can see why they do.

I would have thought not playing Jackson would have increased his chances of securing a move away from the club.
He can score some decent goals, but I really think he will be part of a 'mutual terms' release this year if no one comes in for him by the end of the summer. |  |
