In all fairness, we have made significant changes to the squad. I can only assume there's more business to be done there first and that's the main priority. The squad numbers will have to be released at some point next week at least. |  | | |

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to squad numbers, but like the season tickets, as long as they’re out/here before 7th August, I’m not really sure what the fuss about them is. | |

There will be no squad numbers this year. The EFL have given us special dispensation to swap the numbers around to add to the confusion, and to prevent scapgoating when we concede a goal. |  |

I do like this idea. Use the numbers 1-11 each match for the starting eleven and then put 12-18 on the shirts of the subs with the sub keeper always the number 13.
It will certainly help with not knowing who is who too. | |
