I for one am delighted to see us loading up on attacking players 13:59 - Aug 6 with 504 views

We have been crap at scoring goals for 4 or 5 seasons now, and it's not like we have even been creating chances to miss. There were loads of those twitter analytics threads where we were shown to be one of the worst in the division at creating chances.

Better to have lots of attacking options to use from the bench, or rotate as form fluctuates, so that we are always a threat.

We've got to get the balance right, and another cm and cb, plus coulson at lb, should leave us about right.

Keep the base of the team, defenders and cm, fairly consistent, but mix up the attacking players as needed. That's my winning formula anyway.

I do like that we've added attacking threat to the team.

The frustration of Edwards and Bennetts in a front three with Harrop behind was something special last season for all the wrong reasons.

Tend to agree! The thing I like is the versatility of the forward players we have signed. Plenty that can play in the 9 or 10 and could do a job wide as well.
