I did wonder whether he may chose to not make an appearance tonight. It seemed to be fairly common last season after a loss (it probably wasn't actually common, but I think it's especially noticeable when they don't).

Edit - he has done one, good. And he's right - for anyone tempted to turn, w'd be better off keeping our heads now. We've got a spell coming up of about 3 weeks with only 1 game a week. That's extra time on the training ground is going to be really valuable in trying to mould this lot into a better team.
