Take today on it's own and we were unlucky; we had an odd day where we couldn't hit a cow's backside with a banjo. Saying that, I am concerned that the goals seem to be drying up which is a massive concern, especially as we're not overly secure at the back. |  |

I think the reality is we do need more players. I think we need a left back and a new centre back, and they need to be two very strong signings.
Up top, we should have enough, today, bringing on the 3 players of the quality we had, should have been enough to get the win. So even if 3 of them are not on top top form, the other 3 coming on, should have made up for it.
But still we should have taken 1 point out of the game, and that is down to poor defending again in a game where they had little to do. | |

They'd walk into them.. but
1 - played in their best positions. Fraser in the middle. Burgess in a back 3. Chaplin not on the bench
2 - With other players/tactics that compliment them as players.. I.E Pigott receiving balls in the box to attack not back to goal outside the area
Cooks either got to go shopping again, or he has to move from his 4 2 3 1. He's said the leagues the toughest it's ever been... time to realise his management style needs to change to align with the changes of the league. [Post edited 20 Nov 2021 20:23]

Definitely need a new CB as Toto isn't good enough for a side chasing promotion and Woolfenden has fallen off since the latter half of 19/20. Also in desperate need of some more CM's as we are way too reliant on Morsy and Evans. Nolan ain't good enough, Harper seems to be viewed more as an advanced player now, Fraser is a No.10 and Carroll is made of glass and is rarely fit. That leaves only El Mizouni. |  | | |
