If Celina is out you have to play a three of Burns/Aluko, Chaplin/Fraser, Edwards/Fraser. However will we get a result in League 1 with such a scarcity of attacking talent.
Rewind a couple of years and Woolfenden was good enough to be attracting Prem interest playing for us in League 1 under an inferior manager. I imagine most sides at this level would be pretty chuffed to have him as their 4th choice CB. And I remember a lot of people talking about Burgess being statistically the best CB in the league last year. So yeah, hardly having to stick in pub players.
Pack it the fook in with all the excuses. Our second XI should be good enough to get out of League 1 with some competent coaching. Unreal the excuse making from some of our fans. [Post edited 4 Dec 2021 19:04]
