To be totally fair his lack of tackling ability was a major part of why he wasn't making it. A silly sending off that (despite the protestations about Stroud which may well have a lot mileage) was at the say-so of the 4th official. A very talented but very frustrating individual. I hope he does kick on there but he is only a squad player and looks some way short of what is required in the Championship at the moment. |  |

I’ve not seen the incident, but can well imagine Stroud fecked up. He’s truly awful. Bobby Madley gave the worse refereeing ‘performance’ I’ve ever seen, but for being consistently sh*te nobody can touch Stroud. |  |

He has played more regularly as the season has progressed and reports are that he is finding his feet at this level. He had a good game today and did not look out of place.

I actually thought he did well tonight. He did not buy a lot of the play acting, especially from the Bournemouth team who were very cynical.
He got the fracas at the end right. He and his officials identified those who started it, plus three other players who unnecessarily got themselves very involved.
