Those going to Hillsborough.... on 10:11 - Jan 24 by Metal_Hacker
Living off Eccy Road and having to go that way over the weekend I can concur - great pork sandwiches !!!!
Small world - my MIL lives on Eccy Road - I will have to check out the pork sandwiches next time I'm up there (will be better than her cooking anyway!).

Extremely small world and a very long road
I'm nearer Hunters Bar (ala Arctic Monkeys lyrics) rather than the top end
New bar opening on Eccy Road as well up the top end , looks quite nice . The Dark Horse - the old Lloyds Bank
Sounds excellent and will give it a go. Is it easy to get to the ground from the railway station ? Been ages since I last went and I always stayed the night with mates at Uni back in the early 90s. All seems a blur now.

Bramall Lane is easier (walking distance) to be fair .I'd jump in a cab - short journey really 3 and a bit miles. Always plenty of cabs outside
Nice boozer in the station if anyone likes real ale
