Much as I dislike Leeds that should be put aside when looking at Bielsa. He is anything but arrogant or a fool. Always enjoyed watching his style of football. Was exciting at Bilbao and has had a few good years of good football at Leeds. Most managerial cycles come to an end in some sort of decline but admittedly this one was a bit of a nose dive. |  | | |

Think it’s a case of backing himself and his beliefs rightly or wrongly. His term there has been nothing but relative success and he’s in the top 15 managers of the last 20 years I would suggest. |  | | |
