I do recall seeing that Candace Owens used to be left wing then just suddenly flipped to what she is now.
I don't actually think there is any real conspiracy about this, that she's an actor or anything. I think she just realised there is a lot of money to be made if you're one of these American right-wing political commentators.
I don't think they really believe what they're writing, maybe I'm wrong, but that's the impression I get.

It's an interesting tactic. Modern warfare in this developed and integrated world, where we're exposed to so much information via different channels than ever before, and so interconnected economically, is far more nuanced than tanks and guns. Hopefully it all proves effective enough to prevent further abhorrent attacks and deaths.
My only concern, as mentioned in this article, is the extent to which this gets through to those it needs to. I don't doubt outside of Russia it's had the desired effect to unite other nations, but the Russian state continues to do what it can locally to prevent the spread of information that doesn't support their propaganda. Maximum respect to those Russians protesting against this, knowing full well the consequences. |  |
