Two problems identified in there.
Nefarious individuals taking advantage, and relationships with the host breaking down.
I always thought that second issue was always going to be a big problem, it doesn't take long for visitors to your home to get under your feet in the best of circumstances, but it didn't cross my mind that the first group would exist. Should have known better really. |  |
