Looks a completely different player... not sure if that's yet a good thing or if hes lost what made him a promising star?
Is he just being coached to be different now as any appearances he makes he no longer looks like the player who's getting you off your seat.
He made 1 run when he came on last night, but that didn't involve his quick legs and trickery.
What do people think.. being coached to be a better player overall or injury has effected his ability. ( something that happened with Ronaldo which made him change his style) |  |

There's a player in there no doubt, think in the interim he would be a good addition to come on for the last 20 as his fresh legs and trickery against tired defences could be potent.
In time, if he starts to cause damage in a run of games and gets some consistency, then by all means start him. |  |

This obsessions with his end product from some people bizarre considering he hasn't actually been given a proper run in the team.

I am keen for him to do well. The trickery , etc was getting him nowhere so it is better he sticks to the basics and develops a career than disappear.
He is struggling to appear at all in a third division team which tells me he is not that good. Time for a reality check. |  | | |

Yep I think you make a very fair point.
Being a winger in that Paul Cook team must be so different to being one in this Mckenna team. The former certainly suits KE more.
But I cant help but feel, like Dom Ball, there are times where I would've liked to see Kyle Edwards slightly earlier. I would've liked to see him come on for Harness yesterday personally. | |

He is definitely a work in progress.
I remember thinking when watching all the tricks vs Col U, when was the last time I actually saw him beat a player and get a decent cross in - I'm not sure.
He was so much better in the next two cup games.
What he still has is the same positivity and enthusiasm. |  | | |
